Own resource acquisition and supply operations.
You will set quota targets, maintain the inventory handoff to Infrastructure, and run the pre-raid on-call rotation.
This role involves sustained focused work. Comfort with long solo sessions is essential.
What you'll do
- Set and meet quarterly resource targets.
- Maintain the inventory handoff to Infrastructure (<1% discrepancy).
- Lead the pre-raid 72-hour on-call rotation.
- Contribute to internal documentation on node techniques and recycler throughput.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of Rust experience (1,500+ hours).
- Capacity for sustained solo work.
- Government-issued ID for verification.
Nice to have
- Experience optimising recycler throughput.
- Mental arithmetic for yield forecasting.
