Terms

By submitting an application to The Mason Clan you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. No contract

Submitting an application does not create any contract, obligation, or expectation of admission.

2. Truthful information

You represent that the information you provide is accurate. Material misstatements are grounds for refusal.

3. Identification documents

Identification documents you submit are encrypted at rest and destroyed on request or 24 months after a decision, whichever comes first. We do not sell, transfer, or exchange these documents.

4. Discretion and finality

Admissions decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. We are not required to provide reasons, and applicants may not reapply within six (6) months of a refusal except by invitation.

5. No compensation

Admission does not constitute employment. No wage, stipend, or other compensation is paid to members.

6. No fee

No fee is charged at any point. Any request for payment is not from us.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Applications already submitted are governed by the terms in effect at the time of submission.
