We collect personal information only to evaluate applications. This notice describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Name, date of birth, country and city of residence
- Email, phone (optional), Discord handle
- Steam identifier, estimated in-game hours, prior clan affiliations
- A photograph or scan of a government-issued ID
- Written interview responses
- IP address and user-agent at submission
How we use it
To verify your identity, evaluate your application, and correspond with you about it. We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or onward transfer.
How we store it
ID documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is stored separately from the documents. Access to decrypted material is logged.
How long we keep it
ID documents are destroyed on request or 24 months after a decision, whichever comes first. The rest of the application record may be retained indefinitely for our records. You can request complete erasure at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, destruction of your ID, erasure of your full record, or withdrawal of your application. Reference your case number in any request.
